Really beautiful…at first I couldn’t hear the song so I dug into my memory and remembered how the song sounded like…and then I could hear it perfectly.

If ever I go deaf, I’ll remember Mariah Carey’s voice. She sounds like an angel sent from Heaven.

R.I.P MJ

Good song by Ginny Owens, covered by Jennifer Chung. Been following this gal for quite some time on YouTube, she’s very good. This song is simple, but yet conveyed multitudes for me! I’ll continue to walk STRONG in my Faith.

The pathway is broken
And The signs are unclear
And I don’t know the reason why You brought me here
But just because You love me the way that You do
I’m gonna walk through the valley
If You want me to

Chorus:
Cause I’m not who I was
When I took my first step
And I’m clinging to the promise You’re not through with me yet
so if all of these trials bring me closer to you
Then I will walk through the fire
If You want me to

It may not be the way I would have chosen
When you lead me through a world that’s not my home
But You never said it would be easy
You only said I’d never go alone

So when the whole world turns against me
And I’m all by myself
And I can’t hear You answer my cries for help
I’ll remember the suffering that Your love put You through
And I will walk through the darkness
If You want me to

Just beautiful.. brought tears to my eyes….cause it reminded me of my Grandpa.. I  know in my heart that he’s finally at peace… but he will never stop watching over me.

1. Amos Lee (My one and only!!)

2. Kenny G. (I’ve loved him since I was 15 years)

3. Mariah Carey (I wish she would return to her earlier days but I still love her angelic voice)

4. Alicia Keys (No doubt here)

5. Dave Koz (Loved his In The Movies compilation)

6. Aretha Franklin (Love her championing of women and her voice range!)

7. India Arie (I will never stop loving Video, it’s my daily mantra!!)

8. Sarah Mclachlan (Who doesn’t love her?!!??!!)

9. Josh Groban (I think God gave Josh His Voice!!)

10. Joe Cocker (Have a Little Faith in Me..hum hum)

I love gospel music becaue it uplifts the spirit…and it just does not sound like a dreary song being slaughtered further in many churches I have experienced here. The congregants sing because they have to, not because they want to…I feel… anyhoo…check this out…it’s an awesome choir and Sylvie Desgroseilliers blew me away…her voice, her talent, her passion..wow…wow…wow!

I was browsing through YouTube and randomly cameto Sister Act videos. Ever wonder why no movies of that caliber exist today…you know with somuch depth and inspiration? I came across “Joyful, Joyful” and it  just brought tears to my eyes because I was having a lousy day…a song to uplift your spirit…God reminds me in these little ways that He is by my side always..this really is one of my favorite songs……and sister act is in a class of its own. Really feel nostalgic of this movie.
